Originally conceived as a family retreat annexing an adjoining country club, the structure aged just two decades was destructed and transformed into a hilltop residence of quiet sophistication. Floor plan alteration and expansion left a majority of the exterior in place, gracefully allowing newly created details to leave their mark. An interior of clean lines and innovative spaces successfully unifies the home.
